How do I book with you?
Please contact us through the contact form on my website. Make sure to include the session of your choice, the requested date, and in the message area share your vision and along with any other details you would like for us to know! Do you book events?
Yes!!! We most definitely do! We charge $200 an hour. That does come with all hight resolution digitals. Prints are separate.
Where are you located? And where do you travel to?
We are located in Utica, MS and we serve the great Tri County area and surrounding cities! We also love to TRAVEL!! (PSA-Our dream is to do a destination wedding though!!) For example, we serve: Canton, Flowood, Brandon, Florence, Gluckstadt, Memphis, Edwards, Vicksburg, Clinton, Pearl, Richland, Utica and more!
Why choose us as your photographer?
Because for us, this is about so much more than photos. We believe how you feel during your session is just as important as the images you take home. Plus we are a husband and wife team! And that separates us from others!!
Our prayer is that you feel comfortable, joyful, and genuinely loved when you’re in front of our cameras. Before every session, we pause to pray over our clients—asking God to bring peace and joy into our time together. Photography isn’t just our business; it’s our ministry.
Isaiah 26:3 says, “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” That verse captures exactly what we hope you experience with us: peace, confidence, and a little glimpse of God’s love.
At the end of the day, it’s not just about photos—it’s about people.
What should I wear and bring to my session?
Wear what makes you comfortable and reflects who you are! Simple, clean outfits usually photograph best, so try to avoid bold prints, stripes, and large logos. Neutrals and soft colors always work beautifully, while coordinating tones (instead of everyone in the exact same color) create a natural, cohesive look. If your package includes outfit changes, bring a bag with touch-up items. And if bold colors feel like you—we love those too!
What does your session fee include?
Depending of the session... the fee includes my time and expertise, the careful natural editing of your images, a private online gallery to view and share, and the complete preparation and packaging of your order—making sure you feel cared for and your memories are beautifully preserved.
What if I need to reschedule?
We completely understand that life happens! You’re welcome to reschedule your session date, time, or location as long as those options are available. We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. If you’re feeling unwell, we encourage you to reschedule—your photos will look so much better when you’re feeling your best.
In the rare event that we become ill and cannot photograph your session, you can use it as a credit for another time. (It will be non-transferable to any mini sessions or weddings).
How and when will I receive my final images?
You’ll receive a private online gallery to view, share and download your images. Portrait session galleries are typically ready within 2-3 weeks, and wedding galleries are delivered within 3–6 weeks. Sneak peeks are always included, so you’ll have a few favorites to enjoy while you wait for the full gallery!
Portrait galleries remain available online for 1 month once published. Extensions can be arranged for a small fee if you’d like additional time. Print orders are usually ready within 4-8 business days, though timing may vary depending on the product.
Do you give clients raw unedited images?
We don’t provide RAW or unedited images. Every photo you receive is carefully edited to reflect our style and creativity, which is an important part of the experience we offer.
What's a print release?
A print release gives my clients the right to use the pictures in anyway, shape of form. You are allowed to print the pictures took in your session. You will see it in your gallery.

Where can I have my session?
In my home studio, I have a wide selection of props and backdrops to bring your vision to life—the possibilities are endless!! When you’re ready for a change of scenery, we can step outside into my backyard for natural light and outdoor shots, or even combine both indoor and outdoor for the best of both worlds. Every session is designed to be fun, relaxed, and completely unique to you!!

Yes we do! Ask about our offerings!
Will I get sneak peeks on Facebook?
Yes! I’ll share sneak peeks of your favorite images on Facebook! Of course, with your permission!
Do you offer refunds?
Because each photography session and product is custom-made, refunds are not available on session fees or printed items. In the rare event that a product arrives with a defect, I will gladly work with you to correct the issue and ensure you receive a quality product.

When should I book my newborn session?
We recommend booking your newborn session before baby arrives whenever possible. This allows us to plan ahead while keeping your actual session date flexible around baby’s arrival. Once your little one is here, we’ll work together to finalize the perfect date.
How old should my baby be for newborn photos?
We typically recommend photographing newborns within the first 7–14 days after birth. During this time, babies are often sleepier and more comfortable settling into those sweet newborn poses. Every baby is different, though, and we will always work at your little one’s pace.
What if my baby is older than two weeks?
Don’t worry! While the first 7–14 days are often ideal for traditional sleepy newborn portraits, every baby is different. If your little one is a little older, reach out to us. We’ll talk about what photographs may work best for their age and create a session around your baby rather than forcing a particular pose. The most we will extend out to is 3 weeks.
How long does a newborn session take?
Newborn sessions typically last around 3–4 hours. We intentionally allow plenty of time for feeding, changing, soothing, snuggling, and breaks throughout the session. There is absolutely no need to rush. Your baby sets the pace.
Should I feed my baby before the session?
A full, sleepy baby usually photographs best. We recommend feeding and burping your baby shortly before leaving for the studio. If you have a longer drive or your baby needs another feeding once you arrive, that is completely okay! We build plenty of time into your session for feeding and breaks.
How should I prepare my baby before coming?
If possible, we recommend giving baby a bath and allowing them to have a little awake time before the session. Around 20 minutes of supervised kick and play time can sometimes help baby be ready for a nice, deep sleep afterward. Don't stress if everything doesn't go according to plan—babies have their own schedules!
What should my baby wear when we arrive?
We recommend bringing baby in a comfortable zip-up sleeper with no onesie underneath. This allows us to get baby ready for their portraits without having to pull clothing over their head and potentially wake or upset them.
What should I bring?
Bring anything your baby would normally need while away from home, including feeding supplies, extra milk or formula if applicable, and any personal comfort items. We also keep diapers, wipes, changing pads, and pacifiers available in the studio for those little unexpected moments.
What if my baby cries or needs a break?
That is completely normal! Newborn sessions are baby-led. We will stop whenever your little one needs to eat, be changed, soothed, snuggled, or simply take a break. Your baby's comfort and safety will always come before getting a particular photograph.
Is the studio kept warm?
Yes. Because your baby may be photographed wrapped or with minimal clothing, we keep the shooting area comfortably warm. We also use a heater when needed to help keep your little one cozy. Parents may want to dress in layers so you can stay comfortable throughout the session.
Can parents and family be photographed with baby?
Absolutely! Some of the most meaningful photographs from a newborn session are the ones that show just how tiny your baby was in your arms. Parent and family portraits can be included when they are part of your selected collection.
Do I need to bring props, wraps, or blankets?
No! We have wraps, blankets, and select newborn props available for your session. If you have something sentimental you'd love incorporated—such as a special blanket, heirloom, or meaningful keepsake—let us know before your session so we can plan the best way to include it.
What if my baby won't sleep?
That’s okay! Not every newborn sleeps through their session, and we don't expect them to. Awake photographs can be just as beautiful, especially when we get to capture those tiny eyes looking around. We'll soothe, wrap, feed, and take breaks as needed while following your baby's cues.
Will you pose my baby?
Yes, but we always prioritize safe, gentle, and comfortable posing. We will never force your baby into a position they aren't comfortable with. Every newborn is different, so the exact poses we're able to capture may vary from baby to baby.
When will we receive our photographs?
Your finished gallery is typically delivered within 2-3 weeks. Each photograph is carefully selected and edited so these once-in-a-lifetime memories receive the attention they deserve.
Can I order professional prints from my gallery?
Absolutely. Professional prints and products are available directly through us. While you're always welcome to enjoy your digital images, ordering through us allows us to provide professional-quality products that represent your photographs the way they were intended to be seen. We personally inspect your order and beautifully package it before it reaches you.
