SENIOR YEAR GOES FAST...
First, thank you for considering us to photograph such a special season in your senior’s life. We know senior year comes with a whole lot of lasts, firsts, big decisions, busy schedules, and a to-do list that somehow keeps growing.
That’s why our goal is to make senior photos one of the easy—and really fun—parts.
From getting to know your senior through their questionnaire to choosing outfits and locations that fit their personality, we’ll help plan a session that feels completely like them. And when session day arrives, there’s no pressure to know how to pose or what to do. We’ll guide them through it all, keep things relaxed, and probably laugh a whole lot along the way.
Of course, we want you to walk away with photographs you absolutely love. But we also want the session itself to become part of the memory.
The goal? For your senior to look at us at the end and say,
“Wait…we’re already done?!”
Because senior year flies by. These photos are how you get to hold onto a little piece of it.
TO OUR SENIORS
Your senior pictures are just for you. It's a time
during your senior year that in the middle of all of the
hard work, the tests, the late night studying and early
mornings wake-ups, you get a "time out". A time to be
pampered, to feel special, to dress up and have fun, to
laugh, and to be carefree.
This year will pass all too quickly and before you
know it you'll be moving on to something new. Most
likely moving away, heading off to college, and high
school will be far behind. A photo is a capture of a
moment in time, it's meant not just to show off your
best "you" to everyone you share it with (though we'll
certainly do that!), but above all it's meant as a gift to
yourself.
THE PROCESS
Okay, you’ve looked around. You’ve seen what a senior session with us feels like. Now comes the exciting part—getting yours on the calendar.
We use our Senior Scheduling Platform to keep booking simple. You’ll be able to see the dates we have available, choose the one that works for you, and walk through everything you need to officially reserve your session.
During booking, you’ll:

Pick your session date

Fill out a questionnaire dedicated to the seniors
parents (the senior will fill one out as well later) -
Choose your senior package

Add any extras you’d love

Sign your contract
-
Pay your retainer
Then it’s official. Your senior session is happening!
And that’s when it starts becoming more than a date on the calendar.
We’ll start taking everything you told us—your personality, your style, what you love, and what you want these photos to feel like—and turn it into an experience that feels like you.
From here, you’re not figuring it out alone.

PLAN & PREP
Once you’re officially booked, this is when it starts to feel real.
You start imagining the outfits. Saving photos you love. Thinking about the places that feel like you. Maybe you have a million ideas—or maybe you have absolutely no clue where to start. Either one is okay.
That’s where we come in.
Your Senior Questionnaire helps us get to know the person we’re actually photographing—not just what you want to wear, but your personality, your interests, what you love, and what makes this season of your life yours.
Then send us the outfit selfies. The screenshots. The random idea you thought of at 10:00 at night. We want to see it! We’ll help you bring everything together so your outfits, locations, and photos feel connected to you.
As your session gets closer, we’ll send your Senior Style Guide, finalize those last details, and keep an eye on the weather and light.
So when session day finally gets here, you’re not stressed about what to wear, where to go, or what happens next. You’re just excited.
Because this isn’t a session you simply showed up for.
It was created with you in mind.
SESSION DAY
The day is finally here! You might show up a little nervous, wondering how to stand, where to look, or what in the world you’re supposed to do with your hands.
Good news—you don’t need to know any of that.
Most of our seniors aren’t models and haven’t spent a ton of time in front of a professional camera. Zach will guide you through everything with direction, movement, and prompts, so you’re never left wondering what to do next.
And while we’ll absolutely get those beautiful photos you’ve been excited about, some of our favorites happen when you’re not even thinking about the photo—the laugh that wasn’t planned, the look you give your person, or that moment
when the nerves disappear and you start feeling really confident.
And speaking of your person, every senior is required to bring someone they trust with them. It can be a parent, sibling, best friend, or someone who simply makes you feel comfortable. They’re there to help with outfits, hype you up,
make you laugh, and be part of the experience with you.
We’ll talk. We’ll laugh. Zach will probably tell a bad joke or two. And little by little, the camera won’t feel like such a big deal anymore.
Because we don’t want you counting down until your session is over.
We want you having so much fun that when we say we’re finished, your first thought is…
“Wait…we’re already done?!”
VIEWING & ORDERING
The session may be over, but the excitement definitely isn’t.
You won’t have to wait until your full gallery is finished to see something. We’ll share a few sneak peeks from your session so you can get that first little “OH MY GOSH, THAT’S ME?!” moment while we’re working on the rest.
Your full gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks—although we’re known to get a little too excited and send them sooner when we can.
Then comes one of the best parts: sitting down and seeing your entire senior session come together. The big smiles, the real laughs, the outfit you almost didn’t wear but ended up loving, and those little in-between moments you didn’t even realize we captured.
You’ll be able to choose your favorites, download the images included with your collection, and explore professional prints and products right from your gallery. And if you’re staring at all your favorites thinking, “How am I supposed to choose?!”—we’re here to help with that too.
Because seeing your photographs on a screen is exciting.
But getting to hold onto this version of you? That’s the part that means everything.
Delivery Day
Once we have finalized your print/product/digital
image order and all payments have been made I will
order and then deliver your products. This is my
absolute favorite part of the entire client experience
process. Delivery days are like getting to see all your
beautiful gifts unwrapped and in your hands. I love
watching families flip through photo books and get
excited about their customized frames. Something
about holding your own photos in tangible form
truly makes my heart happy

We know you have choices when it comes to senior photos, and when a family chooses us, we don’t take that lightly.
You’re trusting us with more than photographs. You’re trusting us with your senior during a season that only happens once—and we want the experience they have with us to matter just as much as what ends up hanging on your walls.
Before session day, we’re already getting to know them. We’ve seen the outfits. We know a little about their personality, what they love, what they’re involved in, and what they want their photos to feel like. We’re thinking through locations, colors, and all those little details before they ever step in front of my camera.
So when they arrive, we already have a plan.
And then I usually tell them something I say at almost every session:
“The first 15 minutes are probably going to feel awkward.”
And almost every senior laughs—because that’s exactly what they were worried about.
But I tell them, give me 15 minutes.
You don’t have to know how to pose. You don’t have to know where to look.
You don’t have to magically become comfortable in front of a camera.
Those first few minutes are our icebreaker. We talk. We move around. I guide you through everything. Mikayla is there helping with the little details and hyping you up. There are usually a few bad jokes involved. And then, almost without realizing it, something changes.
The nerves settle.
The real laugh comes out.
They stop thinking so hard about the camera.
And they start having fun.
That transformation is one of our favorite parts of what we do.
Because we get to watch a senior walk in unsure of themselves and leave saying:
“Wait…we’re already done?!”
And parents get to watch it happen too.
You get to see your senior relax, laugh, and become more confident as the session goes on. You start seeing those familiar expressions—the ones that make you think, there they are.
Then you see the photographs.
Mom finds the one that belongs framed on the wall. Grandparents choose their favorite. And years from now, that photograph is still hanging in the home where your senior grew up.
That’s why this means so much to us.
We want your senior to remember how much fun they had with us.
